We do it better: Our stakeholder management model we identify and develop a documents approach to take in order to increase support and decrease the negative impacts of stakeholders throughout the life of the programme and project and facilitate community mobilisation. We identify the key stakeholders along with the level of power and influence they have on the programme and project including community mobilisation.

Our Stakeholder Management Strategy give surety in programme and project for stakeholders; determine stakeholder power, interest, and influence; and analyse the management approach and communication methodology for project stakeholders. This allows us to identify key influential stakeholders to solicit input for project planning and gain support as the project progresses. This will benefit the project by minimizing the likelihood of encountering competing objectives and maximizing the resources required to complete the project in all levels of communications we instil collaboration and if is not collaboration it is not sustainable.
